Coronavirus Information

ATSG continues to monitor the status of the ongoing Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. First and foremost, on our minds is the safety and well-being of our employees, customers, suppliers, and the public at large. We have worked hard as a team to keep each other safe while also delivering essential service for our customers.

Vaccination Information

The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has approved or authorized the use of several COVID-19 vaccines and boosters, and these are readily available through health care providers and pharmacies. ATSG strongly encourages its employees to get vaccinated and boosted to protect their health and the health of those around them.

To find vaccination sites near you, search vaccines.gov, or text your ZIP code to 438829, or call 1-800-232-0233.

ATSG has and will continue to rely heavily on guidance provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). We have incorporated the CDC's recommendations in the following policies to protect all employees.

Travel Policies and Restrictions

ATSG advises individuals to be aware of local COVID-19 conditions as well as any mandates in effect at their intended destination prior to travel. When planning travel, be sure to check the U.S. State Department Travel Advisory web site, the CDC Travel Health Notices, as well as information provided by your destination's local government and event venue, if any.

General Precautions

ATSG asks that each employee be vigilant in taking precautions to prevent the spread of this virus. Practicing good hygiene and social habits are paramount to stopping the spread of COVID-19 and ensuring the health and safety of everyone across the company. Simple measures greatly lower your risk, and we all have a responsibility to prevent the spread especially in work, social, and public spaces. Make these practices part of your routine:

  • Wash your hands often with soap and water (20 seconds of scrubbing) or use 60% or greater alcohol-based hand cleaners (cover all surfaces and rub until dry).
  • Cough/sneeze into a tissue. Dispose of used tissues immediately into a trash can. If you don’t have a tissue, cough/sneeze into the crook of your elbow, not your hands.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth, which accelerates the spread of infections.
  • If you are using breakrooms or common spaces to eat while you are at work; use a sanitizing wipe to disinfect the area before and after eating. This hygiene practice will protect others using the same spaces and yourself.
  • Temperature screening before entry will continue at all ATSG facilities.
  • If you are sick, consider wearing a mask, avoid contact with others, and if you are running a fever, remain at home except for seeking medical care until you have an unmedicated normal temperature for 72 hours.

If you test positive, or are a close contact with someone who does, follow current CDC guidance on isolation and precautions.

We appreciate your continued vigilance with preventative measures. Please follow your internal protocols for reporting a COVID-19 positive test result. ATSG will continue to notify close contacts immediately. However, company-wide communication will be periodic based on transmission rates. All these guidelines are set up to ensure your safety and security while at work.

Our focus throughout this process has been to ensure that we are doing what is right for our employees. If you have questions about how a situation applies to your role at any ATSG company, please reach out to your Human Resources department. Communication continues to be the key to making this current situation less disruptive today and in the future.

The leadership team of ATSG is asking for continued heightened awareness to protect coworkers, contractors, passengers, and customers.
