ABX HOLDINGS TO HOST 2008 FIRST QUARTER CONFERENCE CALL

WILMINGTON, OH - May 7, 2008 - ABX Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ:ABXA) today announced that it will host an investor conference call to review its financial results for the first quarter on Wednesday, May 14, 2008, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern time. The Company will release its first quarter results after the close of the market on Monday, May 12, 2008.

ABX Holdings' annual shareholders meeting will be held on May 13, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at the Roberts Convention Centre, off Exit 50 of Interstate 71, at 188 Roberts Road, Wilmington, Ohio.
