Employees at ATSG Companies Raise Over $90,000 for Charity

WILMINGTON, OH – January 25, 2016 – During their annual fundraising drive to benefit local charities, employees of Air Transport Services Group, Inc. and its subsidiaries at Wilmington Air Park raised more than $90,000 in pledges and donations, including a $10,000 corporate contribution from ATSG and $4,500 from the local Airline Professionals Association.

ATSG companies have sponsored a charity drive every year since 1984, engaging employees to participate in an annual act of collective generosity that benefits our communities and improves the lives of our fellow citizens. At the heart of the company's campaign are bi-weekly employee contributions made through payroll deduction. These small, individual donations quickly add up to sizable sustaining gifts distributed to selected charities throughout the year. In recent years these pledges have been supplemented by employee-organized fundraising events including bake sales, contests, raffles, cookouts, sports tournaments, and an annual car show.

Funds raised during the drive support the American Cancer Society, American Diabetes Association, American Heart Association, American Red Cross, Clinton County Community Action, Sugartree Ministries, and the United Way of Clinton County.
