WILMINGTON, OH – April 30, 2015 – Air Transport Services Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:ATSG) today announced that it will host an investor conference call to review its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2015, on Wednesday, May 6, 2015, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Saving time.

The Company will release its first quarter 2015 financial results on Tuesday, May 5, 2015, after the stock market closes.

Air Transport Services Group’s annual meeting of stockholders will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 7, 2015, at The Roberts Center, 123 Gano Road, Wilmington, Ohio, 45177. The agenda for the meeting includes the election of directors, ratification of the selection of independent auditors, an advisory vote on executive compensation, and consideration of a new long term incentive plan.
