ATSG TO HOST FIRST QUARTER 2010 CONFERENCE CALL

WILMINGTON, OH - May 5, 2010 – Air Transport Services Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:ATSG) today announced that it will host an investor conference call to review its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2010, on Tuesday, May 11, 2010, at 3:00 p.m. Eastern daylight saving time.

The Company will release its first quarter 2010 financial results and file its Form 10-Q report with the Securities and Exchange Commission after the close of the market on Monday, May 10, 2010.

The Company’s annual meeting of stockholders will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 11, 2010, in the Heiland Theatre at the Boyd Cultural Arts Center, on the campus of Wilmington College in Wilmington, Ohio.
