ATSG TO HOST FOURTH QUARTER AND FISCAL 2009 CONFERENCE CALL

WILMINGTON, OH - March 22, 2010 – Air Transport Services Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:ATSG) today announced that it will host an investor conference call to review its financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2009, on Thursday, April 1, 2010, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern daylight saving time.

The Company will release its fourth quarter and fiscal 2009 financial results and file its Form 10-K with the Securities and Exchange Commission after the close of the market on Wednesday, March 31, 2010.
